Is clone scripts illegal

    hi i was wondering if clone scripts are illegal as i have a clone of myspace vbulletin and facebook are they illegal:confused:

    In my opinion its not illegal. As long as the creator of the script opted for a free distribution then its fine to me.

    ok well i think its not illegal but i sont want to get a fine or something as i have lots more scripts like gmail rapid share which i want upload but dont know if i shud can some other people help back me up or tell me if its illegal or not
