is ClickBank open to non-us publisher?

    Can someone tell me how to register ClickBank if I am not US residents?

    you must be a resident in the countries that are listed in their sign up page.. if you're country isn't listed there, then there's no way.

    Clickbank allows even if you are non-US, but make sure you are a resident from anyone country that is listed in CB sign-up form.
