It usually freaks out like this around payment time each month. Although it's a bit early for that... Anyway I've been experiencing some weird reporting delays with CJ lately... I wouldn't get too worried about it as it'll work itself out in the end.
Thanks Zibblu, the bad thing is now that it only says $92.00 locked ... when it said $402.95 ... what happened to the $402.95 bring locked and now its just $92.00 and the $310.95 dropped down to the "Commissions" field... help me out. Will I be paid the $402.95 or just $310.95?
You'll be paid the 310.95 now (or next pay period) and the 92 later when it becomes unlocked. I've experienced some commissions taking months before they become unlocked. It really depends on the advertiser. I'd look at the terms & conditions for the advertiser you made the $92 with and see if you see anything about a long lock period. The good news is, I've always eventually been paid the money that was stuck in the lock period for longer... So, yes you should eventually get paid all of those commissions. The longer lock period is probably because they have a longer guarantee length and if the customer refunds the product you may lose your commission.
