    also, is CJ difficult to get into?

    Most of programs in cj are CPL and CPA.
    No,it's not PPC.

    When you get into CJ you will find lots of product offers for you to promote, on most of them you can win per sales and on lots of them you can win per leads (like when someone click in a affiliate in your site and complete a free signup in the advertiser site, or submit a paid trial for example)
