    You can the list of countries they support while you generate your earning reports.

    Yup man. Just go to the signup page and check out the countries are allowed to register. I think it's only North Korea and some communist extreemists.

    No they don't display the ads for european traffic, only US & Canada, but you can join Chitika from other countries.
