I think most people (including me) have tried buying supposedly "targeted" cheap traffic in bulk and been disappointed with the results. Think about it this way: If the people selling this bulk traffic have the ability to send thousands of targeted visitors to any website at will, why not just send all the traffic to their own webiste and make billions of dollars? And why do so many of them advertise on places like Google Adwords? Why are THEY paying for Pay-Per-Click traffic if they supposedly have their own supply that they can turn on at will? When you think about it that way, you realize that something doesn't quite add up.
