    Hi

Hi guys as the question says is that pr fraud or is it ok, if its not ok i wont do it!

Instead i would like to know if i buy a expired/dropped domain with high pr and us it for my site will it keep its pr?

Or do i have to try and purchase one still alive inorder to keep the high pr.

And finally how much can you rent links for on pr4/pr5 sites?

    Thanks for any help

No it's not fraud, it's just a short lived trick. I don't know about link sales. I don't see too many people buying links anymore, especially based on PR. However people will buy ads on high traffic sites.
Most experienced webmasters stopped chasing PR a couple of years ago. High PR doesn't mean high traffic, just good manipulation.
Target traffic is the name of the game.
