I have backlink services. It is a blogroll sitewide link. What confuse me, people keep asking to place their address inside blog content on specific page instead of blogroll. I think blogroll link is better, but it seems that people have different opinion. Can I know their reasons? Why people want to put their url on the blog content instead on blogroll? Thank you
I don't know why you think that the links contained in the blogroll are better? Links contained in the text are treated better by Google, look natural, and their power increases if they are surrounded by text on the subject. Power of blogging is that you have content which can contain links. In addition, it is good to link internally to similar entries on your site.

It depends on how deep the page related to your site and how good the website. If the site is in general niche, content backlink is definitely better. However, if the website is in the exactly same niche and all the content is related to your site, then blogroll will be the better choice
