Is Blackhat SEO Techniques Against Google Adsense?

    One of my friend use 'BlackHat' SEO techniques in his website. My question is,
    1. Is he ok?
    2. Is this against 'Adsense TOS' ??

    dude blackhat IS illegal...no matter how you justify it..lol and better keep your adsense account away from BH.

    unfortunately if blackhat was legal we'd all be using it, too bad we can't. Search engines will de-index you if you do too much blackhat. I suggest stay away from it ;)

    It's not illegal (there are no laws against it) but yup, it's against Google's guidelines and will land your friend into trouble.
