Is black hat seo illegal ?

If it's black hat seo is not illegal then why are u saying that Stay Away...................
I know these are the words from article but one side u r saying it's not illegal and on other side u r saying stay away from it.....................

In my case it's wrong but in ur case it's right that short fonts go with short & dump mind..............

I explained him and he agrees. Because he is clever and knows SEO very well which is not in your case, so i advice try to be like him..................

First of all i wanna tell u i never use black hat seo. So i just talked abt Black hat seo and as i know here we are talking about black hat seo. And main thing black hat is black whatever it's general or seo. Until u caught everything is fine but when you caught by search engine then everything is wrong.

I also know few black hat techniques one of my friend is using these from last year. And he is gaining much benefit from it and did get ban till now. But that's doest not mean it's general black hat. Black hat is black hat but as i said Until u caught everything is fine but when you caught by search engine then everything is wrong. And i don't have any interest in black hat because i am getting much benefit from genuine seo techniques but i wud like to learn them and i promise to you soon i wud tell u more and advanced black hat techniques than you know....

I have seen many people like you first do everything to earn money by black hat and after sometime post a thread on DP - HELP ME! My site get ban or become invisible from google results...........

So plz use genuine language to talk otherwise i also know many words..................

 

Offsourse it's illegal but some tactics like stuffing it works and search engines not penalized it,if any one did overloading than in some cased it happens also that site banned by search engine...

If you have read the article you would know that he states twice that black hat SEO isn't illegal (which is the question asked in this thread - "Is black hat seo illegal?"). The question is not whether Google penalize sites which don't follow their Terms of Service (which you are confusing it with).

But to answer your question and sum up for you who didn't understand the article. The author of the article states that it isn't illegal but it should only be considered for short term use (That's why - "Stay away from black hat seo").

And that's why your post ("there is no need to ask, by reading this article you cud get that Black hat Seo is illegal.") is just pure wrong. You didn't even read the article before posting.

I wanna tell you every illegal activity is short term, whatever it is from civil standard point, any business point or online marketing. Illegal activity runs only for short time that's why it is always advisable don't follow them or stay away from them...............

If they are legal then why they are not long term just try to understand this thing...

do you understand the difference between illegal and legal? You don't seem to know what the words mean.
Black hat seo is not illegal - cloaking or hiding links is not a criminal activity. You will not be arrested for it, neither will you be sued.
It is against the terms of service of specific sites, such as google.com, so they are likely to ban you from their sites if they find you are doing it, but they will not send the Police to pick you up.

yes Black hat seo is illegal and not? There are many reason. If you need short turms result than this is helpful. Otherwise great harmful for long time result bcoz search engine may banned your site and will send to sandbox. So plz be careful.

Doing of SEO tasks, without following the Google guidelines and playing different techniques like using Doorway pages, domain clocking to show the pagerank to the user, cheating a robot will be called as black hat seo.
It is a illegal operation and when it is found by the robots, the site will be penalized....

And may also banned from the Google...
