What i think. i wanna tell you black hat is not for beginners who just started internet marketing and want to earn fast money. For black hat you shud aware about each and every strength and weak point of your campaign or that field for which u r campaign. If you are experienced person and knows each and every weak point where you cud take benefit form any company whatever it is Google, ebay, Cj then you cud convert your black hat in white hat...................
Blackhat itself is not illegal. I can cloak as many domains as I want with as many pages of gibberish as I want. Cookie stuffing does have issues from a civil standpoint. So certain blackhat techniques can be a civil matter. The vast majority can not. Saying otherwise is like saying drunk driving is illegal(a form of driving), so driving must also be illegal. ...yes, I did.
hey I agree, there is Black Hat and then there is Grey Hat and every shade in between.. I dont think cloaking is black hat.. I use cloaking to protect commissions and Google does not really like cloaking but its not black hat.. I think cookie stuffing is totally black hat.. considered an abuse of the aff / publisher agreement.. Just be smart..
if you do not have concern with any search engine than there is no need of black hat or white hat SEO.
lol exactly..if you dont care search engine traffic, then u must get direct traffic. then whts the need of black hat or white hat?
Black Hat SEO is the terms which is define some specific technique that are used to get better search engine ranking by using unethical SEO strategy.
Cloaking is blackhat. There's a difference between cloaking an affiliate link or something, and having 2 entirely different sites for the bots and users. For example, one of my cloaked sites starts at around 500 pages of gibberish content, then expands as time goes on. A user never even sees the content. My script detects the bots by IP/whois and shows them a different page to ensure that. Depending on the user's query they're redirected over to a relevant product when they hit the same page as the bot. THAT is cloaking.
No constitute says that Black hat SEO is illegal except Google own constitute. It is short time promotion technique and give you life time pain...so we should not go for it.
It's not illegal as far as I am aware but I guess that depends on what you actually do to manipulate the search engines. blackhat SEO is just a way of manipulating the search engines to gain a high ranking. it's illegal in search engines. meaning if you do not have concern with any search engines then there is no need of black hat or white hat SEO. but if you have concerns then you must use white hat seo strategies.
Oh you mean like full on iFrame cloak.. yeh that is total black-hat.. showing one page to the S.E bot and another to your the actual visitor... I use that all the time to split test and see if a campaign is worth while running.. saves me having to get my own content up and running.. just use some one elses page with good KW density & sitemap etc and drop an iFrame on top.. instant high QS.. low keyword bid price.. The only thing is I do this max 8 days before Google catches me.. but I better be quiet now .. to many secrets I'm giving away
Hi blackhat SEO is not illegal from the standpoint of criminal court. The term blackhat is a term created to describe a certain types of SEO techniques. The idea of blackhat SEO is important in relation to the search engines. All search engines have guidelines that you must follow regarding search engine optimization. Blackhat SEO does not fall within the guidelines set by search engines. The punishment by the search engines for websites found to use blackhat techniques can be banishment from the search engines or low rankings. Thanks, Eric
FBI slams through basement door! "Kid! Were arresting you for Black Hat SEO!" Sadly, does not sound Hollywood to me
Black hat technique is not illegal if you know the way to get approx. number of backlinks daily. But if you are getting more backlinks for a month and next month no backlinks then it may be harm your website.
Did you even read the article, kid? "My conclusion Stay away from black hat seo. It is NOT illegal ..." Big fonts should go with big brains, but that is not the case here! And as xmcp123 (one of the few clever people on DP) pointed out for you, black hat SEO is not illigal. You can't even tell the diffences between black hat in general and black hat SEO, so please just shut up.
