I don't see SERP changes at all for a very long time now...
Very disappointed from Bing. I thought Microsoft will do a much better work with it.

Bing is quite new search engine and that is why it is laging behing Google and Yahoo, but Bing has a great future to my mind and that's why I prefer to optimizate my web site for Bing also.

Then why has it lost 1/3 of its market share since inception? And, since it now runs Yahoo's search engine, why has Yahoo also lost 1/3 of its market share? Why has Google's market share gone up?

I have seen Bing's improvement are mostly like Google in many SEO aspect. I would say Bing website ranking seems like a stable and hard to fluctuated easily like Yahoo anyway.

Bing will eventually pick up. I think that eventually, people will prefer it over G and Y in the long run if they want to find more relevant results in their searches. I think among the 3 major search engines, Bing delivers the most accurate result. Maybe because it hasn't been abused that much yet.

Bing hasn't even indexed more than the root domain of my sites. If they're looking to take on Google, staying stale isn't the way to do it. Like with every other product they offer, Microsoft has spent the last decade trying to copy what they see others doing successfully instead of innovating.

I haven't really seen much change in my SERP rankings as well. I don't really mind considering I'm on page one for a major keyword (or at least I hope I am). :)

Uh, Bing runs Yahoo's searches and your thoughts fly in the face of everyone who's looked into this.

Bing is Yahoo's search engine and, since Bing took over, Yahoo's market share dropped to 1/3 of what it was while Bing also dropped to 1/3; both are now at about 3% usage. Are you sure you know what you're talking about?
