I am still convinced that Microsoft is just doing this to desperately compete with Google... Because they never came close with Live now they are wasting millions and millions of dollars with Bing...
I've tried it some in Sweden and my impression is not so impressive... I did some simple search but the SERP linked to other languages and the same site (URL) were showing in many places. Also, my impression is that old, stable and "well developed" sites rank good in the SERP. So... it's next to impossible for the "young" site or domain to rank. Instead institutes, media and well-established sites rank good... Maybe that is good?? But in the SEO-perspective, it is difficult to rank in such conditions... This were only my initial thoughts. The rank as well as my thoughts may change in the future!!
Hi just new to this forum I have been advertising PPC on Bing/Msn for 8 months now and for CPA offers The quality of the traffic is quiet high and I make sales on it every day. At one stage I was making $200-$300 a day profit. This has dropped in the last 2 months as Bing/MSN is starting to become very Google like in their attitude to some of the affiliate offers out their. And stricter with quality score. In fact I spoke to a MSN rep who made it very clear on what you can and what you cant promote. The jist was we cant stop you advertising these offers, but we can stop the impressions to your adds. So if you follow the rules, MSN/Bing is a great search engine to test markets as you can direct link no problem.
Bing is a great way to advertise. The quality of traffic is excellent, and much better priced than google adwords.
Bing has been really great for me. What I have found is that you really have to target your keywords for MSN's user base. Copying campaigns from Google (or even Yahoo) won't work well...

Bing is really very good in bing search results we can preview site and also twitter tweets are also included in bing.
Bing / Adcenter has always been suffering from low search traffic volume, but will only become better (with higher search traffic thanks to acquiring Yahoo's search traffic). Regarding Bing's organic search, you should monitor issues through Bing's webmaster tools. Whether Bing will be the search engine to surpass Google, or just be another "average" search engine, time will tell.
People trust G, and dont trust MS after they raped our wallets with their domonance on the OS, however I think its a good for G to have more competition or they could do what MS did to us.
I've found Bing tiny for the keywords I focus on, relative to Google. Still worth doing, but small fry.
Bing needs ages to index sites. I am on the first page on yahoo and Google with my keywords. Bing did not even index my site after 6 months.
