Is Best4Sites.net a MFA site?

    Ad from Best4Sites.net always show in the upper AdSense banner of my sites, I wonder it ranks top because it's paying high or actually the CTR is high since Best4Sites.net seems to be a MFA site.

    What are your opinions. Should I filter it?
