Is being 2nd in google worth anything?

I have recently purchased a domain name and was wondering what, if anything, it was worth. I have barely done any work to it as yet.

• Keyword = LA Fitness UK
• 9900 Exact Monthly Local (UK) Searches (source = Google Keyword Tool)
• 135,000 Broad Monthly Global
• 90,500 Broad Monthly Local

When searching the main keyword at google.com its currently on the 1st page; second result (not including the advert at top.

Any help or advise would be great

Try to place some fitness products there for example from amazon.

 

It's worth a lawsuit for trademark infringement.

 

Goto partnership forum and get couple of health article writers and add amazon referal links within those

 

This isn't second on my search... it isn't on the front page. You've likely been searching for it yourself, driving it up in your customized results
