Funny question heh! I think a person's good looks dont matter when it comes to being the right candidate for a position. However, it all depends on the industry...if you're considering tourism, entertainment or hospitality industry...then well...looks do matter However, I am not sure if it affects salary though...it just might be easier for "more-presentable" folks to get job in these sectors...
I read a few months ago that in China young people were having more plastic surgeries, because they believed that if they looked better, they would have a better chance of getting a better job. There must be some truth to that. I see a few photos here, at digitalpoint, of beautiful woman. Most of those members are men. Why do they do that? They get better feedback...
