I just got accepted into Azoogle Ads and I don't see how it's any better than CJ. Some people were saying that it was different and better.
I feel CJ is a lot better, simply because of the landing pages. CJ has more reputable companies as clients, azoogle has semi-spammish looking landing pages.
When you have one manager over all your campaigns (vs. CJ which has individual managers) you can learn more about offers in your niche and so on. See what's performing the best, what has the best EPC (eCPC) and what is converting the best. You can find out about new offers as well. With CJ you have just the manager for the individual program and so you're not going to hear anything about another offer ever. The advantage to CJ however is that you establish a direct relationship with the advertiser meaning you have the possibility of moving to a private "publisher" relationship with the company outside of CJ.com resulting in more money / profit to you. There is no "best" network, just what's best for you.
AZoogle(and many other places) is much better in my opinion. CJ's click tracking sucks, and quite frequently leads get shaved off by businesses. At least with several I've tried. It got too big, and too hard to audit the merchants properly.
