Is auto blogging still alive?

    Hey all,

I was wondering, is auto blogging still profitable? I used to run a fair few auto blogs until I had to stop due to other reasons, I was wondering are they still profitable or not.

    Cheers

    Josh

Mine works ok, though the earning is not as much as my other blog, but this autoblog is still a few months old anyway.

The other one goes bad though :( because i dont have time to build links lol..

For now, auto blogging is alive. Autoforums are the next big thing.

Be careful, Google is starting a war against spam/auto-content sites.

Its lifespan has to be limited. Since it doesn't add value per se, I am sure Google doesn't like autoblogs or in fact even other such sources. It could however be profitable in the short term. But again, perhaps your energy will be better spent if you can concentrate on building a blog and growing it yourself. I would prefer this route. I think with autoblogs you hit a ceiling soon (I may be wrong) but blogs that you write yourself can go beyond.

The answer is yes, autoblogging still alive.

And don't worry about Google war to it, the only thing you have to be careful of is how to set up an autoblog to make sure it's safe from bans and penalties.
Seems unbelieveble but i remember a guy that was surprised of getting sandboxed as he was posting just 100 posts a day....

Just stay away from silly mistakes, do not over do things and you'll be fine.
And then, of course, your content has to "look" unique at Big G eyes...

Its a possibility he could be right if we can get better forum integration with wordpress.
We still might be a year or so away from this.
