    Ya... Authority is most important for link building strategy. Main DA & PA (Domain Authority & Page Authority) most important for directory also. And then Different IP's & Location also. So u need to collect list & filter it. Above follow rules n all.

    Find DA & PA (Domain Authority & Page Authority): Install Chrome Plugin: SEOMoz. Easily find out DA & PA.
    IP also find easily from chrome plugins.

    it's important only to those who don't know what is important. in other words.. once you reach a point of self link recreation, any link you get till then is important.
