I came across this ad today on my website, instantunblock.com I found this strange, because att.com has been blocked in my competitive ad filter for some time. So I copied the ad link and behold, this is what showed up after the Adsense part on the link: http://mds.centrport.net/mdsefc?a27...527663;1&client=ca-pub-7964928507973446&nm=21 Last time I checked, att.com isn't centroport.net. And the last time I checked, wasn't it also against the rules for AdWords publishers to display one URL on an add and then send ad clickers to a different site? Even if this is against the rules, it is a very sneaky tactic by ATT to get around the competitive ad filter.
If you click the ad, does it land on ATT's site? Tracking/redirect URLs are allowed in AdWords, and are the norm for companies running large campaigns. They're not trying to sneak around a competitive ad filter.
