Is Asking People to Sign Up Not Allowed?

    Alright, sorry for the question but I'm confused. Just put up Google referall buttons on my site for Adsense (will add Mozilla Firefox later). I know many people (friends and family) that want to start up their own websites, is asking them to use my buttons to sign up through not allowed?

    Yea, its allowed.

    As far as my knowledge anyways. Because it is a refferal, not an ad.

    Like you can put 'Download Mozilla FireFox from Here' on your emails to your friends.
