I have recently been researching link building strategies as I plan to launch a couple new sites and have never been able to get the high back link numbers that some of my competitors have. Has anyone had any luck with article submission?
Yes article submission is a great form of link building, the only drawback is the amount of time it takes. If you have enough money, and are serious about it, hire a writer and submit articles everywhere and make them unique.
yes.its important. The first advantage is traffic and the other advantage is links. You will definitely not be able to get a high page rank with about 1000 article submissions. You might get a pr1.But PR is not important in SERP.You will see your SERP position rise slowly.Concentrate more on ezinearticles - submit more articles there. It would bring a lot of traffic - might be enormous when the articles are fresh.Good luck.
Article marketing is definitely still effective. But you need to be writing quality articles, you need to be submitting them to multiple sources and you need to be utilizing the appropriate anchor text to make it all worthwhile.
From article submission you get targeted and quality traffic. People prefer it because these sites help you with your Search engine Ranking, Traffic and quality and relevant backlinks to your site. Articles in Ezine are usually ranked high on search engines, with a little promotion. People use the articles on their sites if it's good. So, by creating fresh and innovative articles in directories like Ezine will help you a lot. Never ignore articles Directories, as they provide permanent backlinks too. Not mere 3-4 months backlinks and then getting removed. hope this helps. pro
You can try article submission as part of your link building activity, but don't fully depend on that as all new submission will have PR0 backlink. I suggest you to concentrate more on forum posting and blog commenting especially high PR dofollow forums and blogs.
Spin your article into a few hundred versions and then submit each version to a single directory. This way, you have unique article for each directory and when done for a few hundred directories, you get a few hundred links from unique articles. This is very effective but time consuming. Also, it will take time for the links to appear as these directories take time to look at the article and approve them. From experience, some take up to a month to approve the article. Once approved, it will take some time to be indexed. So, this is not a method to get you lots of link in a short period of time. This, in a way is good because it's more natural as the links appear slowly over time. Some of these directories get lots of traffics and your site will get free traffics funneled from these directories to your site. Also, the links will be PR 0 in the beginning but will gain PR after sometime and when this happen, you will have links with PR from unique IPs. It's a very effective method as it provides traffic and links but also time consuming and you must have patience to wait for the links to appear.
Hi, I would prefer to go with just couple of top most article directories. If you have quality content so it would be better to create social media and networking pages (squidoo, wetpaint, webs.com, etc... ) and promote those pages with various SEO tactics. The idea behind this is those social media and networking sites are high domains and get huge traffic as compare to article directories. Pages from those sites are also ranking well in SERPs. So there are better to chances to promote your site and to get good traffic along with quality backlinks. What say? I would also suggest to apply the same thing for those social media pages.
Article submission is still a good strategy, agree that you must have mutiple unique version of each articles to avoid duplicate content penalty and also only focus on submit to 5 top directory such as EzineArticles and Goarticles espcially with high pr.
My self dod not work with any article .. But many of ours coielts are good in and got some good link juice.. so try onb http://ezinearticles.com/ http://tools.devshed.com/ http://www.goarticles.com/ http://www.webpronews.com/submit http://www.articledashboard.com/ http://searchwarp.com/ http://www.webreference.com/new/submit.html http://www.isnare.com/ http://www.articlesbase.com/ http://www.buzzle.com/
Yes it definitely works. I try and focus more on submitting to niche directories and sites that accept submissions, rater than general directories.
yes I think you can have backlink from submission article but you must know article directory is redirect dofollow or no what about the approve article it’s hard or not so for me comment in dofollow blog is more effective
