I have used seonuke to bring dozens of sites to page one in google quickly and kept them there. Many people simply don't agree with this method of seo as it truly does allow lower quality sites to rank higher than they should hence many people feel it damages the internet. However it does work and google hasnt near the man power to ferret out the sites using it. Used properly you can achieve page one for virtually any keywords.
