I have been looking for for a good solution for my office, so that we can have a US phone number and which has unlimited free calling to US and our customers from US can also call us directly on that number. So,basically I needed a US FREE PHONE here at India.. One of friend said me about MAGICJACK , and im getting it for 47$ (Setup for 1 year + shipping to India) from us2mytown.com Im not sure, how does that work and if its good for my business. Want to take some reviews,so that I can go for it.. Thanks...
I used it for my business and is pretty good, I got the five year plan for 89.99 so you might want to think about that. Is also good for business and will save you some money in callng cards to the US and hopefully bring you more business from the US state with a Local number for the US. the only downfall is that sometimes that caller could not hear you or you might not hear the caller. I notice this happen when my network is really busy. But when there is no network traffic it all works well. also you have to have the computer on 24-7 in order for you to received call at all times. I usually fix this by buying a Asus EEP small laptop and leaving it on 24 7 under my desk. and now my phone is on 24 - 7 .
Ok seems to be a good product then. Well, I want to try for first one year, if it works good,then I will go for more.. And yes,my system remains ON for 24 hrs a day with internet connected to it. I have few questions; What and what do I need to get it setup and working perfectly ?? And after I get the jack , how do I have to setup and how can I choose my number and enter all of my details for the jack and how do I register that as a valid and official product ? Here is what I need this for; US Phone Number Unlimited calls to US I have to give the number on my website, so that,I can get all the enquiries direct on phone from my US customers. Etc. SO, IS MAGICJACK GOING TO DO THIS FOR ME ???
Pretty simple, Once you get it , Activated through magicjack website, once is activated, just plug in to your computer and it will automaticly set it self up . No need to anything on your part once is activated. is plug and play
