Is Anyone Making Money Parking Domains?

Anyone else here making money parking old domains?

I had a turkish dictionary word (I'm not turkish!) , it gets couple of hundred a day but I'm making little, about 20 a month. they don't click on the ads much.

 

I make about $600 a month parking domains. I ALWAYS forget about them.

A tip, lets put it this way.... I make more money with 500 parked adult domains than I do with 2000 parked regular domains.

 

I had about 34 parked domains once, I made a little over 200 a month with them until they all expired (I forgot all about them! - D'oh!)
I guess you could make a few bucks if you treat them just like a regular website...

 

May i know how to get such domains are there any tools find them for buying?

 

I have never done domain parking, but have heard that some people make thousands from it by purchase spelling mistake type in domains.

 

Don't make much, most have a low CTR

I have my parked domains with parked.com and make very little. I just use it for the times when I find a good mispelled domain or something and have no plans to develop.

 

Sedo.com is the best place to mark your domains and start generating fast revenue.

 

Whats is the usual earnings per click on parked domains? Anyone tried using ppc traffic to them to generate revenue?

 

100% certainly that you park more and you earn more,
but need to have the natural click and not having too high of the click rate.
If not, your account may be banned or suspended.
Sedo is your good choice as I suppose

 

i never got into it , but i read somewhere theres people making xx,xxx a month with domain parking?

 

some ppl make their whole living off domain parking. frank schilling makes millions a year parking (along with several other big domainers).

either get a domain that dropped and already has traffic going to it, get a domain that people would naturally want to type in (e.g. makemerich.com), or find a great typo of a massively popular site. other than that, if you're not getting traffic to a parked name, then there's not much that can be done to improve that.

I don't think parking domains is the best way to make money. I mean... if you got a good domain, why don't develop it and earn waaaay more money from it? Even if you don't know how, there's always a solution better than parking your domains.

You know who makes money from parking domains? Parking companies
The only way you can me any appreciable amount of money parking is having domains with type in traffic and having thousands of them.

It is easy enough to put up a site or blog and be making money within a few days at most, why park?

Parking revenue really depends on the domain and the amount of time and effort the domain owner wants to expend, there is no method of revenue generation that is as carefree as parking a domain. I make good money with domains parked until I get the time to develop them or sell them.

 

I have many parked domains.

1 is getting 55% CTR and making 10$ a month. I am planning to increase its traffic. Do anyone know a way to increase the traffic as parking sites(SEDO) accepts only typein traffic.
