Is anyone clever at changing colours of images?

    I have an image that my friend is using for her wedding and she wants the guy's hair turned the same colour as the girl's and the girl's skin turned darker, maybe this colour #9b5a27

    Thanks for the reply! Unfortunately it's not what I was looking for. The skin colour looks the same me me. It needs to be much darker. The hair, while black would have been better if you can changed the saturation/hue or brightness to retain the texture.

    The girl's skin is meant to be nearly black. To me it still looks really white...
