Has anyone been affected by the Pet Food Recall. I think it is getting bad. The first dry food was recalled yesterday. Lucky Iuse a premium brand.
Over fifty dog brands and over 40 cat brands are on the list so far.

Some of the really big names are involved in this recall.

    The FDA has a list.

Name I never thought I would see are on that list.

Just heard on the news that Purina is recalling something.

This really is not the fault of the pet food makers. The gluten part of the wheat is the last place one would expect to find a problem.

I wonder if people food will be next. Maybe I will stick with meat and taters for a bit. :)

Luckily, we don't buy any type of Menu Foods. So, our pets have not fallen sick.

I have been cooking beef and rice for my dogs for the past few months. At least then it's my fault if they get sick from the food.

My pets have not eaten any of this either. Lucky. :)

I feel sorry for all the pet owners who are worried now, though.

when I heard about it I ran home to check what my cat was eating, Fortunately he was eating 9 lives which was not on the recall list so my orange cat is safe :).

Fortunately we were not affected by the pet food recalls at all but I feel bad for all of those who were, especially those that lost pets.

I feed 9lives to some strays around me, so I was glad that wasn't on the list. I used to just give them cheap store brand food, all of which by me are on that list, so I'm glad I switched. My own cats are super fussy. They only like one particular cut of only Friskies, and only two flavors of that cut. It used to drive me nuts, but they're pickiness kept them healthy, so I'm all for it now. :)
