    Do you heard about eLeavers.com? Is it working as a CPC advertisement? Did the ROI was enough for your investment?

    I use it right now as an advertiser. I can put CPC or CPM ads there and the rates are very good. But i am interested if this network would be a scam, because i didn't got any sales for that advertisement till now...

    they had a higher rates for cpc, hope it wont change.

    i got 23 clicks and earnings are $1.10
