    my friend friend father have problem but he dosent want to operate and search any product who open heart arteries.

    Don't know about heart arteries, but closed arteries are usually caused from cholesterol, in such a case a garlic pill will ease the pain.

    No product can open heart arteries without any surgery. That person having heart disease cannot do anything without a cardiologist. There's a microsurgery called 'Angioplasty', a common medical procedure of unblocking the blood vessel blockages.
