    Can Any One Tell Me Which Payment Procedure Is Secure And Fast Except Paypal:( Because My Country Is Not On The List Of Paypal And I Have Not Payapl So WHAT Should I Do?? Because Mostly Dp Member Are Paying Through Paypal?:( :(

    Yea I am using Moneybookers. But most of the DP people using Paypal so if u want to do Biz in DP U must Have to a PayPal.
    Any way where r u from? If your country dont allow paypal then ask your Brother, sister or Uncle who live in abroad. May be they will help u, but my suggestion do not open paypal in non paypal country. They will Limited you and u will loose some money.

    There are other alternative payment processors avilable otherthen paypal such as Moneybookers,Alertpay,2CO,ePassporte etc. So if paypal is not available in your country then you can go with any of above. MB is good after paypal IMO.

    There are loads of threads running for different paypal alternatives and MONEYBOOKERS is for sure the best one leading.
    I am myself using it and i feel safe and secure with it and its well and good and i did'nt had any issues ever but if you want to receive paypal payments on dp or for online businesses then go for PLIMUS
