Yes. In Google Webmaster tool, go to "Preferences" link below the "Home" link and "All Messages" link. Change the settings for "If you verify your ownership of a site in another Google product (for example, Analytics), Google can automatically add that site to your Webmaster Tools account." to "Always add sites"
thnks but as i verify ownership in webmaster is there analytic will work now or we need to verify there first then it will work on that basis..?
