Hi, I am doing a company Digital Marketing project and I can't see the woods for the trees at the moment, baby brain because I have being looking at this project for so long I am at the 'RACE' stage of channels that we are going to implement. I am using email, website, display, social, SEO and analytics to implement this plan. I was wondering should I discuss analytics (also SEO) as a seperate channel to the others, should I discuss these as topics on their own or can I merge these into the other channels, e.g. email, website? A lot of overlap! The question given was, "discuss each channel of your digital marketing plan"? Any help really appreciated, google is not finding anything useful.
I am doing a digital marketing project on our company. One of the question given for completion was, "discuss each channel of your digital marketing plan in detail"? I was wondering, is Analytics a channel, for e.g. like email marketing is?
no, analytics is not marketing, its more like a audit on the effectiveness on marketing, i.e to see the customer behaviour, to see which marketing techniques are working ( customers are coming from where, i.e facebook/google/email etc etc) marketing is anything that puts your name in front of your target audience tell them that you have a solution to their problem. it can be ppc, referral, social, email etc etc etc. hope this will help you out, and to help you even more, instead of google, you should search about it on scribd/docstoc they have tons of reports like these.
