Is allowed to put Giant rectangles right at the fold?

    I had some sites with Giant rectangles side by side using a table.
    Like this under the sites Title banner.

    <Adblock><adblock>

    and its the first things visitor see when they hit the page and they to scroll down to get past it..I got some good ctr with this placement.The ads are usually revelevent also.
    Is this allowed?

    No issue at all as long as there is nothing that encourages visitors to click the ads.
