Is All in One Adsense and YPN Pro is advisable to use?

I am using the WP plugin All in One Adsense and YPN Pro for past one month and its really good. But I stumbled upon a three years old thread in WF which states that the creator of the plugin has injected his adsense code id inside the plugin code to randomly generate his code inside our sites. I right now using the All in One Adsense and YPN Pro Version: 2.11 and I gone through the code for the first time and have learned that the donation part is commented. But I want to understand is there any way to inject the id by any other means in this plugin as I am quiet concerned after reading that thread. Do you prefer to use this plugin or is there any other similar plugin is there to achieve this in a best way.

    Thanks

Everything is possible, nobody from WP programmers/staff checks plugins in the Plugin Directory for malicious code. You have to do it yourself (or write your own plugin/customize your template).

I have checked the plugin source via plugin editor and the donation part is commented. But still I wanted to know from the users who are using/used this plugin whether it is advisable to use. Else, I wanted to know similar plugins which could work in a best way.

I've been using this plugin on a few of my sites, and havent checked the code ...yet! They still make adsense clicks :)
Look in the code for file_get_contents('hhtp://someurl.com') or similar.
