Not really. As far as I can tell, they don't even have the Alexa plugin anymore. I don't know how they would get their numbers now. Check out the MOZ scores, and Majestic's Trust score. Those are more reliable and heavily used these days.

Alexa rank is ancient. But if you subscribe to the pro version, I've heard the audience insights are pretty decent. Gives you a wider understanding of your target audience and could help in your digital strategies.
Why do care about Alexa rankings??!! Its a third party metrics and has nothing to do with the Google or any SERP's.
Alexa gives a very rough estimate. Its not precise but I find it useful when I compare my site with competitors site.
I think Alexa ranking still counts, some of seo company and keywords research tools still displaying the Alexa metrics
