    PSA is a Public Service Announcement. They are usually an ad for some charitable cause. Basically, if google can't find enough inventory to put on you page, they stick a PSA on it (unless you have alternate colors or ads set up).

    It's against TOS. If you apply with a Bulgarian site they will reject your application. I tried that :)

    And No you do not get all PSA-s on a non supported language site. You get ads related to any english words you might have on the site. Tested that one as well.

    my website is in english..
    but i want to have a subdomain on my website and make it in arabic language ..
    iam not going to put any google ads on the arabic subdomains ..
    so is this ok with google adsense as i have 2 english subdomains using adsense ?
