Has anyone had any experience with Affiliate Junktion? if so can you please post what kind of experience you have/had with them? Many thanks
Sure, after never going for one of these "schemes" I tried Affiliate Junktion. In fact I blogged my whole experience (day by day). Basically there probably isn't anything illegal about it, but you won't make any money from it and by the time you realise this, you will have got them, maybe half a dozen new members (who in turn make the same mistake). Also, all money they quote you (for commission/startup bonus) is in $NZ (NZ$1=US$0.78). I spent about $US150 to get NZ$98 (75 of which was the signup fee) and even then, the NZ$98 has been "pending" for months and anyway I would need more than $NZ150 to get paid anything (another thing I bet that bank on). I'm very sorry to even think that because of me, other suckers were caught. Take a look at my blog post. I hope at least I can save someone from a burnt wallet. Here is the summary: http://teknoboy.blogspot.com/2007_12_01_archive.html Here are my few days experience. http://teknoboy.blogspot.com/2007/11/affiliate-junkion-scam-or-truth-real.html http://teknoboy.blogspot.com/2007/11/day-two-affiliate-junkion-scam-or-truth.html http://teknoboy.blogspot.com/2007/11/day-three-affiliate-junkion-scam-or.html http://teknoboy.blogspot.com/2007/11/more-on-affiliate-junktion.html
I got paid guys, a few times actually and so have others. go to http://affiliatejunktionreview.wordpress.com. It's actually the only company I have ever earned money with online. Ive tried clickbank but only lost money promoting products. Affiliate junktion you get paid per lead thats why its not too dificult to earn as you dont have to make any sale.
Hello For those thinking about AJ, I say this. It's not about getting paid, I have no doubt they do pay you, the problem is you have to spend more on advertising to get a few New Zealand dollars in income. Look at the numbers, if it cost about 20 cents (US) per click (in my experience it was more because of the demand for people advertising such schemes) then at todays exchange rate, that would be 25 cents. So that means you need one conversion per 8 clicks to break even. Anyone here knows that 1 in 8 conversion rate is impossible in the internet. You need better numbers than this... And my example ways to just to break even, what conversion do you need to make big money ?!?! Use your brains people.
Yes it is hard to have 1 in 8 conversions when you are selling products. This is simply getting people to subscribe to a webform (free registration) and we'll get paid a commission. My conversions are by far better then 1 in 8 with this program.
"Albert" your misleading people. You make it sound like you get a commission just for subscribing to the email. This is flat out misleading. The commission is paid only once someone subscribe to the email, and then decides to go ahead with the program by paying for web hosting and even then my commission is still "pending" after 3 months! So in fact the numbers are far worse (thanks at least for pointing that out). Because You have to convert them twice. It's a percentage of a percentage. By the time you get enough traffic to the site to make commission, you have to pay more in advertising than you make, by the time people realise this, they have converted a few more suckers, who fuel the cycle. It's all in my blog.http://teknoboy.blogspot.com/2007/12/aftermath-of-online-opportunity.html Don't insult the intelligence of the people here.
Techno boy, appearantly you do not understand this program at all. You receive a commission payment for EVERY free, confirmed sign up. They do NOT have to buy hosting or buy ANYTHING at all! That is why this program works so well. It's not misleading, Im not misleading (why would I? I don't even promote my website link here) All information is clearly stated on their website. Do your research people!
Oh and Tekno Boy, maybe just give up on trying to earn online man. If you can't make it work with AJ, you probably won't earn anywhere else online...
Albert Fischer, Your right, I will give up on earning money online (this way), I email AJ and you are right, the commission is paid out after people give their email address and click on the confirmation. Regardless of whether they pay to sign up for web hosting. Sorry, I go that wrong. On the strength of that, I tried again, clicks are now even more expensive to buy than ever. No, I can't make AJ work and just wanted to help other (similar people) avoid my mistakes. I blogged my final say in the matter here: http://teknoboy.blogspot.com/2008/02/affiliate-junktion-scam-my-final-word-i.html I have no need to go to war with anyone so I'll leave people to make their own decisions.
No worries mate. I know you are just trying to make money with your negative blog. (promoting other affiliate links) HA! My CPC is around the $0.15 and getting heaps of clicks each day, which are converting to $2.50 leads. And, Im not the only one who is earning through this program. Some only spend $20 and earn $300. Sounds like a bad program to you? Affiliate Marketing ROCKS!! PRobably the ONLY way to earn any money online is doing this... good luck!
What the hell...this is a joke. They even can't spell "Junction" properly. They are not creative, "junktion" make them look not legit. After I checked it for a while, it seems their "delicious" offer is not delicious at all, I mean, it looks pretty similar with all the scam websites out there. They look not legit, why should we join it? This is silly. I make money with CJ and MarketHealth by selling real products. I also earn money from my advertisers after I get huge traffic in one of my sites. I never spent anything when I signed up with CJ and MarketHealth (also with other affiliate programs). And I guess my earning is still better than yours.
Of course you don't have to join them if you dont want to. Yes, I have earned money through CJ, clickbank etc as well, but by far not as much as Im able to earn through AJ. In the end it's up to you to decide if this program is for you or not. Im happy with it and trust this company to be affiliated with.
