If adwords going more expensive is going to get rid of crap sites then it is more than welcomed.

I started noticing this junk showing on my sites on almost every page, so I guess they have a huge keyword database. The ad points to www.8-topwebsites.com

Just take a look at that piece of crap, I hope they start getting 10 dollar bid amounts in their account now.

Just improve your CTR and landing page quality and you'll be alright.

Yes. I think also that keyword prices are 50% expensive than it was 1-2 years ago.

What are you selling? I have to agree with others, that sounds like HORRIBLE advice.

The nice thing about PPC marketing is you have total control over it. If it is not working you can adjust it or shut it off. You would need 67 $150 profit days to recoup your $10,000 investment. I don't understand the advice at all.

Unless you are doing brand marketing or have documented repeat and lifetime customer data, it does not make sense to spend more than you are getting in return.

Yea this sucks for me too. I was actually making over 250 a day with the adwords / YPN arbitrage. Now... how do I go about making my keywords less expensive?!

As some people have said, you need a high CTR. I had almost a 3% click through rate which I achieved by doing A-B testing. (Not sure if 3% is high or not)

Does anyone have a guide on increasing landing page score?
