Is Adwords Coupon Traffic as good as paid traffic?

I was wondering is adwords coupon traffic just as good as if you were to pay for it? Or is it mostly junk traffic?

There is no difference. It's the same traffic. A coupon is just free money as an incentive for you to try out the service.

It makes absolutely no difference, it's money just like if you paid for it.

 

It's the same, that's why you can only use coupon once on one account ( as far as i know )
