So i woke up today, to find I had some rather curious mail. It turns out, the big G has sent me a £75 adwords voucher. What I want to know, is it worth using adwords? I've zero experience with it, and in honesty, I'm a little unsure. What do you guys recommend?
not recommend for newbie,...just try another way that very familiar like bookmarking,.submit or something,...
Adwords is a great advertising medium. But before starting to use it, educate yourself on what it's all about and how to do it right. Plenty of resources to help. You can start here: adwords.google.com/support/aw/bin/static.py?page=guidelines.cs
if youve got a £75 vouher you may aswel give it a go a sure fire way to get traffic just work out a budget that is best for you and kep altering your ads until you get one that converts well for you. but definitely research into the best ppc tactics to use
I started with Adwords in 2005. FIRST I set my daily ad spend at a rate that would not bankrupt me, even if I made no sales. Then I learned the fundamentals of keyword selection and ad placement as I went along, paying close attention to Google's own advice and training. Never did buy a "course" or pay a "guru" to "train" me. I still use Adwords as a primary driver in several markets. But do NOT think of Adwords as a lottery or as a means of generating a big cash windfall by next Thursday. Start slow, be prepared to fund from your own pocket until you learn how to make sales. AdWords is a real helper to get target traffic and customer. But you need a litlle day work to do, to get some good results.
AdWords really made my company rise but it did took 3-4 campaigns to perfect myself. Use the minium daily sum and practise.
Adword is a great method to get noticed quickly. Everyone can not get their website within top 2-3 of pages of search engines and its very important to let people know there is something you offer. Using adword, you can place your website in page 1 and sale starts.
