is adward free for charity ???

  1. #1
    a costumers want to do adds for charity but he has zero buget , i wanted to tell him are you crazy ?! but he's handicaped so i didn't have the courage to confront him that with no money we can't do adds

    so i thought about adwords , maybe , they can display his adds in the public add that they display when they have no target , but then i wonder is it free ?
    and if not why we don't get paid for the public adds...

    No, No ads for free.

    And he has an additional problem with AdWords: if your customer is not a Government registered Charity institution it will not be allowed to use AdWords even he decide to pay due this is a serious TOS content violation:

    what i want to know is why we don't get paid for public announcment
    if they are not free ?
