I was about to sign up to the Adstract ad Network. I wanted to sign up to this network because they were willing to accept my blog, despite it's low amount of traffic at the moment (it's a fairly new blog, you can view it by Googling jolly opinions blog if you wish. Feel free to leave feedback on it)! I also wanted to apply to their network because they pay by cheque (I'm under 18, so I cannot have a Paypal account). Not only that, but their customer service appeared friendly. The lady said: "Thanks for your reply, and it would be an honor for us if you could join our network. I was looking at your website and it looks very interesting and there are many points you brought up that I totally agree with, such as religious institutions brain-washing kids". I was pretty flattered. So I clicked on the sign up. I got redirected to the adk2 website and... BAM!!! Web of Trust Says it's a bad site! Web of Trust is a Google Chrome extension that I use where users rate the safety of websites, it's surprisingly reliable. (funny thing is though is that they give most ad networks a bad rating) Judging by other threads I've read, Adstract/ADk2 do pay (although, like many networks, they do have the occasional hiccup). So I want to understand why WOT users have given them a poor reputation. I have a feeling that Adstract/ADk2 has been unfairly rated. But I want to double-check with people who have actually used the network, hence I'm posting on this forum as opposed to the WOT forum. Do Adstract/adk2 ads distribute malware? Or does Adstract/adk2 mess around with your personal info? What are your experiences with Adstract/ADk2? Thank you all in advance for your help!
I figured their rates would be fairly low considering they're willing to accept low traffic sites. Nevertheless can you please tell me what their rates are if you know them? Also, thank you for your reply, I believe it is safe to sign up now!
