Is AdSense terminating on June 1?

I'm trying to understand what I am reading on various posts and this has me wondering. Although I don't make any $$ at it, I am curious because I thought of optimizing my existing pages . . . wonder if it will be worth the trouble. Hope it will keep going for the sake of the lucky ones. My site I have it on has content and not just fluff so any thoughts would be interesting. Keep up the good work.

They're terminating a lot of accounts for sites that violate their TOS, but that's about it as far as I'm aware.

Yes they are terminating but MFA advertisers who are spending through adwords and earning through adsense.

"Real" sites, content sites, forums, etc that use adsense have nothing to worry about as long as they abide by the TOS & policies.
As Jin said, it's MFAs and arbitragers that adsense has said they will begin terminating on June 1 ..

Adsense as a whole is not; That's how Google makes money.

They might close some accounts which are involved in frauds but they won't shut Adsense down. It's their biggest source of income..hehe

There must me a lot of automation involved in selecting the adsense publishers losing their accouts, and some of the criteria may be as listed
    1. CTR is abnormally high at or above 30%
    2. Sites with landing pages having no external links
    3. Above mentioned pages with two adsense blocks above and below the content

Can someone tell me what Google looks at as MFA sites?
I got what arbitragers are doing, but I do have some pages linked off my main site that are basically re-prints of articles from article sites, with adsense on them. I do not see that as MFA, but I am not sure, yes they are to help my adsense, but the articles are also good reading, and even if they are duplicate that does not mean people have read them elsewhere. I do not see the harm with this as the ad's relate to the subject, and if the people were looking for that subject then that works right? I have seen worse with blogs, I have read some crap blogs covered with adsense, reading them you can tell they were trying just to use keywords that would generate good paying ad's, so what is worse?

I do not need to keep those pages linked off my site, these are not big players in my adsense, but I also don't want the 404 hits if I take them all down right now. I could remove the ad's I guess until I see what Google plans to do on 6/1...

    Any comments?
    Thanks.

Just get it and take it as gospel that G is trying to remove as many arbitrage sites as they can in 1 fell swoop of the ax.

Not terminate, just modify and kick out borderline cases, arbitrage, pop unders and so forth
