is adsense support the worst support ever?

    no way. Burgham LTd. is the worst. You make an order there, you wait, no one confirms, you talk the the main office, they don't know anything, and you sometimes get an order a week later or it could even take 4months.
    Of course this has nothing to do with online support, but meh.

    it may be because google receive much more support request, then they can handle. If the support request is for genuine reason and for serious issue, they surly give priority to it. It's my own experience.

    Oh, the support of adsense is pretty good as people reporting. You can phone with your personal adsense manager,
    you got a hotline and such... If you are a premium member or anything related to it.

    The point is this: Google allows nearly everyone to apply to adsense but as that kind of normal user you have
    only their non human support. If your account generates enough traffic they start to open doors for you.

    Do you expect your customer/boss give you the best support anytime?
    If you want good support, you gotta be the "customer", not "vendor"
    Join Adwords and you will know how good their support
