Is adsense still allows for the sites banned on google?

    I have seen some sites that banned in google but still using adsense. Isnt that against adsense TOS?

    I'm still not quite getting it. Sites banned from Adsense or sites banned from Google's search index?

    If the site is banned, it is not in the Google index. Searchers will not find it the results.

    Adsense and Google indexing are two separate entities and the reason the site was banned could have nothing to do with Adsense and their particular TOS.
