I was thinking about this today. Thousands, if not millions of people set up websites to try and earn revenue from adsense, and try their hardest to blend ads, so people are fooled into click on the ad. These websites are ususally made especially for the fact of google ads, MFA sites if you like. And to be frank, the content on these websites is hardly relevant. Do you think to a certain degree adsense in some crude way, promoting spammy websites?
This is true. Although, I think adsense would be the largest candidate, simply because it's the largest and most successful of it's type.
Yep, I'm not saying I am counted out on this If it wasn't for adsense, I would have no desire to have those websites. Most people that post on the forum interested in adsense, have websites that are simply made for adsense. Some of which are more relevant than others.
Kidding a little Of course there is a lot of spam but usually those sites are not really successful and don't even rank good so no harm done...They are just there sitting all lonely and unhappy
I'd like to risk a theory that thanks to MFA sites poeple click ads and whole ad market works. If there were only "good quality" webportals, nobody would click ads - at good webportals people mostly read articles, if there's nothing good to read they just click ads
