Is Adsense effective for personal blogs?

    If you have a blog with enough traffic that will make you happy with the amount of income you'll get on, Then yes :)

    Without knowing anything like topic of blog and ad placement let's say that for an overall CTR of 5% with $0.1 per clic you'll earn between $0.5 and $1 a day.
    But with bad ad placement and a bad paying niche, could be as low at $0.1 per day. :)
