Is Adsense Decorator valid according to the TOS?

    No way. What made you think he is breaking rules? He is not placing any text above or nearby ads, no image next to ads .. so what would break the TOS?

    PS: As long as his software don't touch the code. lol

    Yes, it is against the TOS. It brings attention to the ad. I think it was Jensense who mentioned this on her blog a while back. When in doubt, write adsense directly and you'll have a written response.

    Its decorating the ad using a background image and image near adblock is a strict no no..
    So, using this, you may be breaking the TOS.
    Just my 2cents..

    Hmm, wasn't all the hype just about using 4 or 3 images next to an ad block. I have had my adsense sitting on some sort of background be it rounded rectangle to what not on a few sites and have never had any problems.
