Is Adsense competible with text link ads?

Yes, you can use both of them on the same site.

 

I'm currently using both in the same website, although I do put them far away from each other.

One thing with TLA, it is hard to get ads to appear on your site. Thus far, I only have 2 ads appearing and I have no idea if they will continue to subscribe to my site next month.

my44, so it works like Adbrite? where publishers manually pick a site where they advertise? do u have to reserve the ad box?
also, maybe a bit off topic question, but does it pay out using TLA?
