Is Adsense allowed to be on a domain that's trademarked?

I have a domain in this fashion:

    'computer brand'-notebook.com

    dell-notebook.com
    apple-notebook.com
    hp-notebook.com
    sony-notebook.com
    (examples)

Can I put Adsense on these sites, or does this violate one of Adsense's TOS?

I quickly browsed Adsense TOS, but didn't find any violations.

zodiac is right; you're likely to get yourself in trouble by making commercial use of someone's trademark like that. At minimum, you're risking getting your hosting terminated, worst case a lawsuit lands on your doorstep. Remember, these corporations have armies of lawyers on salary, and they won't hesitate to defend their trademarks. As a point of law, they're required to do so in order to avoid losing the trademarks.

So one cannot use any of the above examples for a blog and/or forum that talks about those notebooks, and put Adsense on the site?

well it depends. you will see many sites that use adsense on orkut related website. Orkut is a trademark of Google Inc. for eg. 123orkut.com, orkutuncle.com, orkutstyle.com, orkutplus.blogspot.com etc etc. there are many.

If you're doing a review on notebooks, it's okay to use the brand name in your posts. If your domain name itself makes use of a trademarked term, that's not okay. That is the kind of behavior that results in lawsuits related to "confusingly similar use in commerce" court cases.
